In general one can say that the rentingprice is different per season. Each owner has the following rules about renting out their apartment. The renter pays one month rent in advance as guarantee. Besides that he pays the rent itself in advance too. On the end of the renting period the renter gets back his guarentee payment after inspection by ART-ÖZ Real Estate. The renter pays the use of electricity and water himself. Maximum 50 Euro per month. The renter makes sure he cleaned the apartment before leaving, as well as the bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment etc. Cleaning lady for one day max 20 Euro.
